1. Who is Mikiimart.in ?
Mikiimart.in is a growing company in India. This page contains all terms and conditions that stand for all orders placed on this site.
2. Delivery Timings:
All Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are shipped and delivered on all days of week.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We are not charging any delivery charge for all the orders.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation SMS once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking detail(s). The tracking details will be also available on website.
If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the us over phone and we will help in returning the product.
3. Discounts:
All the discounts are decided by Mikiimart.in team and none of the Discount and offers can be clubbed together.
4. Address Change:
Any changes to the recipient address would be entertained free of cost if they are requested before 1 days of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled.
Change of address would not be possible for products from the gift section after dispatch.
5. Order Change:
Any changes to the order would be entertained with monetary adjustments if requested before 1 day of the actual delivery. Changes after that will not be entertained and order would not be canceled. Cancellation charges of 10% are applicable on all cancellation requests
6. Delivery Product:
At Mikiimart.in we strive to provide accurate product information and images on our website. However, please note that the actual products delivered may not always be exact replicas of those shown on the site due to various factors such as different vendors, seasonal constraints, and local availability.
7. Damaged deliveries:
We will cater to any reports of damaged products/ flowers on the same day of delivery only i.e. within 1 day of delivery. The problem report must be supported with substantial proofs of the damage made to the product.
8. Rules for delivery:
a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions. e.g. if delivery instructions state that the product must be delivered to the recipient only, it will not be given to anyone else and shall be considered delivered if recipient is not available. If recipient doesn't accept the delivery, we shall consider the order to be delivered.
b) Mikiimart.in will be able to attempt delivery of your gifts only ONCE. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.
2. Recipient not available.
3. Premises locked.
4. Wrong landlines / Mobile number or Extension number which may render us unable to reach the recipient for the delivery.
5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
6. Delivered the product at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor.
9. Substitution Policy
In the event that a specific product or item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or higher value. This includes but is not limited to variations in color, design, or packaging.
10. Rules for Duplicate Orders:
If Mikiimart.in finds that the same order has been made twice we will try to contact the customer and get that clarified. If the customer is not contactable we will take the decision on our behalf and that will be final.
11. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers:
If we find out any fraudulent behavior from any client in terms of wrong address, unethical message, odd delivery timings or any other reason, we hold the power to reject that order or ban that customer without being answerable to anyone.
12. Rules for unfounded recipient:
In case the final customer is not available for receiving the placed order and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer the order shall be considered delivered and no refund will be made. Please refer Cancellation and refund policy for further details.
13. All courier items will be shipped using Delivery or equivalent courier. As such we cannot specify any delivery date or timing for such order. All orders will be delivered between 8 am - 10 pm and may take 1-7 days of shipping time depending on the product, availability and other parameters.
14. We hold the right to extend our services to any individual, organization, group or business unit. We may refuse to serve any individual, organization, group or business unit solely on our own will and we will not be answerable to anyone.
15. Mikiimart.in may amend its Terms & Conditions from time to time. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram.
16. These Terms and Conditions, together with Mikiimart.in cancellation and refund policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and other rules and policies posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mikiimart.in with respect to your use of and material available on the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and Mikiimart.in with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.
17. I understand that Mikiimart.in can send transactional and promotional SMS, Call, WhatsApp & Emails on my registered id & number.
18. Mikiimart.in objective is to provide the best service and quality products, and to ensure the same, Mikiimart.in might contact the receiver seeking the feedback.
19. In any case, if the order is placed by any individual unethically from Giftntreat.com. This will be considered as part of a fraud. The company has the right to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. Additionally, the company will notify the police or other competent authority.
